Sometimes I Lose Patience

Sometimes I lose patience when I've just organized Claire's clothes and I turn around and she's pulled them all out again in the 2 seconds I was not looking and now they are all over the floor.
Sometimes I lose patience when after spending time preparing a meal for Claire she takes one look at it and decides to throw it all on the floor.
Sometimes I lose patience when I'm trying to make supper and even though I've spent a whole day of quality time with Claire and have given her many options of fun things to do, she decides that she would rather pull on my pant leg, scream and then throw herself on the kitchen floor.
Sometimes I lose patience when we are driving in the car and Claire really just wants to play that super fun game (note the sarcasm) where she throws stuff on the ground and I pick it up and give it back to her over and over and over again but I can't play that game because I'm driving so she just screams instead.
Sometimes I lose patience because we are both hungry and tired and that makes us into two very grumpy girls.
Sometimes I lose patience with myself for losing patience. Aren't I the adult? Aren't I the parent? Aren't I the one always telling Claire that she has to be more patient?
But still, sometimes I lose patience.
